They hire unlicensed stylists that run off with people's deposits. Reporting the stylist Alexis Zeno and this salon suite for allowing unlicensed "stylists" to scam customers. So disappointed. Cancelled 2 hours before the appointment and is laughing about not returning my deposit a month later. Then I found out she wasn't licensed and that made sense.
