Buffington Homes has just completed construction of our house on Kiawah Island. We could not be happier with the result and the process. My wife and I hired Buffington Homes to build our custom home on Kiawah Island. This proved to be the best decision we could have possibly made. Under the leadership of owners Dan and Cathy Buffington, the entire Buffington Homes team including all of their first-class trades partners exceeded our expectations and dreams. To this day, more than 10 years later, we enjoy a vibrant professional AND personal relationship with Dan, Cathy and Trevor - they WERE our builder, they ARE our great friends.

In 1998 we had an architect draw up plans for our dream home on Kiawah Island. We hired Buffington Builders for the project. They did a fantastic job finishing the home in 2000. We did not live on the island at the time so put all our trust in Buffington Builders. The end result was everything we had ever dreamed of. We totally recommend Buffington Builders as talented, honest and trustworthy. They are always there whenever or if a problem occurs.

I am in my third year of ownership of our Buffington home. The quality of their construction is superb and their integrity throughout construction and after construction is beyond reproach . They continue maintain our home through annual maintenance agreement and we could not be more pleased with the result. We recommend Buffington to build your home without qualification .
