Same experience as others have posted about. Buffington will cause delays, and then ask the purchaser for more money when the price inevitably increases, even after you have signed a contract and put down earnest money. It should not take an entire month to issue an error-free contract, but Buffington made several errors in my contact, and it took an unreasonable amount of time to resolve those issues. Word among realtors is they started pulling and cancelling contracts closed in the early months of this year and only gave the reasoning as being because they sold to LGI.
