I had a furnace that kept shutting down off and on, repeatedly and the tech was very prompt and polite and he did s good job , furnace is working again. a few days later, the furnace quit on me again , and i called and they sent out a tech and he was a very nice employee and was very helpful. unfortunately , the furnace i have is one that is not as commonly used today , the furnace needs a new cylinder and a control board. but it was worth the money to find out the problem , and that is one step closer to a solution.
Hunter with Buffington Brothers was fantastic. Called due to furnace quit working (right before winter weather), he showed up about an hour after calling, very friendly, professional, checked a few things before determining the issue got it fixed quickly even gave some tips on what to look at in the future.
