Jordan did a fantastic job waiting on us! He made some recommendations we normally wouldn't try and they were great! All of the employees were very friendly and attentive to our needs! Going to be a great place for us to enjoy summer evenings on the patio and winter bengals games!

Terrible, cheap food marked up under a name. About the same as the rest of the chains, cheap food
Food was good. But those tv's.... A sports fan's fantasy. The service was great. Ask for Jordan or Sydney. #marchmadness
My husband and I were a bit disappointed with the food. We have eaten at the other locations and this location is inconsistent. I ordered the boneless buffalo wings salad (medium) and got a salad with a few small pieces of chunked chicken that had no buffalo sauce (not sure what the sauce was), room temp and it had no breading. My husband ordered Garlic Parm wings that came out room temp as well. We sat at the bar as it was a 30 minute wait, which is fine, we're flexible. Terrible service. Stood at the counter for 5 mins while 2 servers , manger, & a hostess tried to print a receipt. I have my 6 month child in a pumpkin seat, and boyfriend. I was looked at once and told "please wait". Sad part is I tried to go last night for dinner it was too busy so came back today. I won't return.
Staff was great, service spectacular, and atmosphere perfect. I think what folks need to remember is this is a brand new store. Going to take a few weeks for the staff to harmonize and click on all cylinders. Can't wait to go back and get some of those funnel sticks too! Great store!!
