I have fun working at BW&R, Food is great!
Went to 509 Beechmont location 3/24/19. After sitting for almost 10 minutes went to Hostess stand ask if we had a server. Another 5 minutes and still no service. Location was not busy and tabled were seated and served by us. back to hostess and ask for the manager he came out leaning elbows on hostess stand and apologised I think. Did not seem concerned would have been believable had it not been the second time this has happened. last time the manager was requested twice and never came out.
Price, quality, quantity and taste can’t be beat. Great place with amazing employees. Jorge is an amazing manager who makes you feel so welcome as soon as you walk in the establishment. We eat there twice a week. Alisha, our waitress was so attentive and sweet. Made our dining so much fun. Thank you Buffalo Wings and Wings for making our dining experiences wonderful.
1st time there. Food was great - service was even better. Server Taylor was awesome and manager Jorge made sure we had an awesome visit. Will definitely return because of them. Great family atmosphere. A+
