Had a horrible experience tonight, was clear about our coupons when ordering and bill came out way off! Could have been avoided by the manager on duty! Simple fix and the stubborn manager didn't grasp the concept, thought it was good enough to "comp" the ranch dressing that was "on us" on the menu... Luckily I saw the recipt where they grated us and we left a healthy tip (party of 7, 4 kids 3 adults) ...went back to get our extra tip back! WONT GO BACK because of the manager on duty!

We stopped going to this place a long tome ago because the service is terrible. I watched, 4 other tables get up to leave because no one ever came to help them. One time my friend got up to refill her own tea since the service was so horrid
