So disappointing. Started out great except for my shoes sticking to the floor...it was 12:30 and empty. Once our food came our server disappeared for 14 minutes and our order was wrong...Finally she came back, we said we had asked for crispy chicken which she disagreed we ordered until she read her order book to see we were correct. Then the chicken sandwich comes back on the same bun it was sent back in and the server said 'it is crispy chicken but it wasn't fried long enough, we put it back in for you.'
