For one, almost all of the wings with spice to them are almost unedible due to the major burning sensation in your mouth. Might tone done the heat some and work on the actual flavor. Arguing with a server about what kind of beer i drink is always a plus. If i say Yuengling and they continue to push the special its a little irritating.
I'm a huge fan of the food and sports atmosphere. However service has always always been a struggle within the past 10 years that I've been going to Buffalo wild wings. I used to remember it as B dubs. I really hope that the corporate office can grab a hold of the customer service/hospitality that is required to keep your regulars coming back. For the 4th consecutive time, I get wings to go with ranch and celery. Always have to place my order multiple times....not sure why.....always ask for ranch and celery, and after getting all the way home, I never have it. Happened again last night. I usually NEVER go to this BWW, because it is consistently terrible. Been to others that are great. You pride yourself on wings. At least get that part right, damn. It's best just to go to local joints for wings in Mooresville. Big Als, Hot Shots, Iron Thunder, etc.

Wings and service were really good. They were very busy. (Saturday during playoffs.) Our waiter kept our drinks filled, while keeping us up to date on our food delivery time.
Food is five star! Their wings are THE BEST! Service is barely one star. So I averaged the stars.
Should be a 0, went in tonight, was seated at a dirty table, the hostess came back to wipe it off, the stuff had been on the table so long, it was dried on it.
