My first time, great place with lots TVs and awesome wings.
Requested 4 cups of ranch with 2 wing&wing combos. Cynthia charged me for them because I didn't request them when placing my order. Even though2 ranch come with each order she told me. She also let me know repeatedly if I added it when I placed my order I wouldn't of been charged. But yet she couldn't take 2 seconds to add it. She added it to my order and charged my card without telling me the new total or that I was getting charged. Never once apoligozed and acted like I was in the wrong. Waiting at the hostess stand a few minutes. Someone passed by said someone would come to help. Another few minutes they seat us. Waited about 15 minutes no one even came to take a drink order. So we left. If it took that long for drinks can’t imagine how long it take for food.
My order was mess up and my kids was hungry so we took the order and the manager wasn't aware that the order was wrong I will like something done about this asap
The queso/chili chips appetizer came out quickly and was pretty good. Then things got very slow. At one point we thought we were forgotten about, but then realized 90% of the staff had been watching the football game for the past 15 minutes. You can easily find better service and better tasting wings other places in Fort Worth. We will not be back to another Buffalo Wild Wings again as every experience we have had is poor.
Good food, good atmosphere, and great staff ..5*****stars!!
