Was on the phone to place a Togo order for over 10 minutes. I made it all the way to the location so I hung up and went inside and ordered and still waited 20 minutes now they can’t find my order. Literally the worst service I’ve ever had from a BWW ever.
they have rude people working there.
Our waitress made the evening great ! She was brave to serve a group as large as ours with kids and us old folks ! She gladly did it with a smile!!! 😊
