I came to buffalo wild wings this pasted weekend, the service from Rachelle was awful. She was extremely rude, had a terrible attitude, and acted like she hated her job. I dont know if the goal is to make people feel unwelcome, but thats what happened. She was rude to the bartender in front of customers as well. Maybe she needs a different type of job!
That was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had and not bc of the food and not my server she was amazing. The general manager Theresa had no care for her staff because I could see into the kitchen her rip some kind of bag from another girls hand aggressively. Now I don’t work in the serving industry but you can clearly tell when they are having issues and where the problem stems from but other than that my food was good and my server Hunter was amazing.
Might be the worst BWW. Boneless wings were burnt and threw them away. Please go to a different restaurant in Logansport.
