Had a little hiccup with our order general manager reached out and made it right well 100% be coming back my favorite place to get fried chicken wings
The people who work there are friendly and professional service.
This place has NEVER given us everything we've ordered. We have to check our order before we leave and without fail, something is missing. We had our food delivered once and our drink was missing. We have to drive there now so nothing is forgotten.
The whole experience sucked. waitress didnt introduce herself, took forever with everything, interrupted our conversation to say “do you want a drink”. paid early and asked for boxes and another water… waitress proceeded to do everything but get us our final things. as a server/bartender i have never experienced such lack of care with service. big big waste of money.
Use to have a lot of issues with take our orders either taking too long or missing items. Decided to try again tonight after a year. Was missing an item. Second chance ruined.
