I ordered 3 different things from UberEats, spent $50 and everything went straight to trash. The chicken dipper that I received isn’t what I ordered, also burnt and very dry. The fried pickles that we ordered was a pile of slop and trash, the chicken sandwich was a piece of cardboard.
After 10 minutes of waiting for someone to come to the counter to take my order, they said 5-10 minute wait for my food. Finally got my mediocre food over 30 minutes later... For a simple chicken sandwich. Bdubs absolutely dropped the ball on this one for sure. Don't waste your time or money.
Never again! Hair in my food, food was cold, no way to communicate. I swear they keep the phone on DND they don't answer the when you call.
Service can be a little slow but what you expect. Play order online and it will be ready guaranteed. About to place one now
