Really disappointed tonight with overall service. Checked in at the host stand at 6:06, only a few people in front of us waiting for tables. Family of 6 we were waiting for a large table. We are told it would be a 20 to 30 minute wait got a text message and everything that we were on the wait list. 40 minutes goes by and of course the entrance is packed with people wating for tables. Very disappointed. First, we order from BWW a lot! But this time I picked up 30 wings and of course onion rings. When rechecking the order before I left I noticed there were 5 onion rings in each order. 5! I specifically asked the young girl that took my money, thinking they had just made a mistake. She said no, that is an entire order of onion rings. So for over $6 an order, they’re more than a dollar a piece… We’ll be looking for another place for our wings from now on. Very poor service for the money.

Sat down for dinner and was told they were out of sweet tea and several brands of beer. Then our wings came out wrong after a rather long wait. Such a disappointment.

Out of most sort drinks, speciality drinks we ordered were awful. Food was barely warm only my marinara sauce was hot. Daughter had the wrong type of wings ordered and they were also out of menu items. Shorthanded staff. We did talk to Manager whom was very nice we were refunded a few items.
