I ordered wings online and asked for them to be prepared ASAP. To kill some time I went next door shopping for about -5 min. I went back to the restaurant and sent my daughter in to get the wings. After 15 minutes she came out and says they were not ready. At that point I went in. The restaurant was dead and I had great difficulty finding someone to help me. Walked in with my husband around 430 on a Saturday. Place was empty including bar where we took a seat. Bartender was busy cleaning, organizing. We sat patiently waiting for him to even acknowledge us. Not exaggerating, probably bout 10 minutes pass and still no service. This was the most bizarre experience I’ve ever had in a food/bar establishment. Anyway got up and left. On way out, manager asked how everything was. Filled him in and he apologized but that was it.
