I don't understand why the restaurant is dead, but I'm waiting 15 minutes past my order confirmation time to recieve my online order. Is the kitchen goofing off during a slow lunch? Also ordered a cookie skillet and the cookie was burnt and hard, so again, is the kitchen not paying attention to the quality of what they serve? Ended up throwing it away, which was such a waste of money.
There was an issue with the greeting staff. We talked about six females that came to ask if we had been waited on and we said no and then they would leave and somebody else would come and no until some lady came out and said oh you have to wait and if that we have to waiting about 30 minutes. She says well I don't have a lot of weight staff and it's going to take like 30 minutes to sit you down.
horrible food with horrible service
Incredibly disrespectful and rude staff. They got my order wrong and when I called back the manager was rude and I was told “that’s not what it shows on our end” when I was looking at the receipt and then proceeded to hang up on me. I will never ever go back to this location
