Food took forever, was room temp when served.
Had a mistake with take out that my husband had ordered for me while I was visiting my parents a few months ago. Which is totally understandable we are all human and things just happen. Unfortunately we both live out of state so I didn't think it would have gotten corrected but boy was I wrong! They fully admitted fault and went above and beyond!! Thank you again for the french fries and wings!♡ p.s. the customer service is always on point!
Absolute horrible wait times for take out orders. Order on Tuesday if you want your food by Friday. They do not have their crap together.
Imagine a restaurant that penalized you for eating at the restaurant. Same item more expensive. Than ordering online. Bad business model.
