This is the first time I have ever left a negative review for a restaurant. The receptionist is unsuited for a service role; their facial expressions and tone of voice were extremely rude—they completely lack manners!
Called in on 8/27 at 330pm. The young girl who answered was very rude and talking over me as I’m placing an order. As I get to the store to pick up @ 350pm I waited 10 mins at the desk (4pm) for someone she finally came and I told her I was there to pick up my order. She had an attitude and still very rude, in my opinion customer service is not suited for her. I get people have bad days but you should still show up with a smile on your face and respect. Ordered wings and was served within 5-7 minutes. Wings were cold and tough. If I had to hazard a guess I would say they were pre cooked and tossed in sauce .potato wedges were soso . Shame because they have good sauces .
This place as went down hill the last year I don't no why they hire the people they do but the wait time is horrible they can't get orders completed correctly at all 3 times the last 4 months we have ordered and Everytime are food is wrong missing toppings on the burgers with burnt dried up meat on top of that every day time they give us a burger with no bun why we didn't ask for that at all on top of horrible wait times with unskilled servers we got to watch bad kids screaming and running around killing the mood of enjoying... read more
