Highly disappointed in the customer service of this location. One of my kids did not want to eat at BWW. So we bought said child food from somewhere else and brought it with us. When we arrived at BWW, we noticed the sign at the front that said no outside food or drinks are allowed. We were surprised and disappointed. Food was great as always, service was slow to take our order, but the atmosphere and food was luvely and great for a pub dinner.
Who ever did this to my doordash order, I love you. They gave me a big piece of chicken! Best chicken sandwich, fries and cheese sticks ever.
I ordered 20 Wings and Fries for Takeout. When I got home I realized I only had 16 Wings. After being pissed I tried to let it go and enjoy what food I had unfortunately the Wings were so rubbery it was disgusting and I couldn’t even finish the 16 wings I had not to mention the fires were so soggy I just tossed them.
