We tried this location when they first opened and had a bad experience, but decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, we will never be back. The restaurant was SLOW. This wasn’t a packed restaurant where our server was obviously overwhelmed. There were plenty of open tables, which made the experience even harder to understand. Auto and Karen was very nice and helpful today and the food was cool to perfection I will definitely be going back
I feel bad because I forgot the gentleman's name who brought out my order, but he worked Thursday night, 8.20.26. I was only picking up my order, but he provided exceptional service. He offered me water while I waited, checked on its status several times without me asking, made sure I had plenty of utensils, & checked to make sure everything ordered was in the bags. Hard to find caring, intentional customer service in Havasu. Glad you guys have some!
Ashley was wonderful. A very great personality and very kind. She also had the cutest heart glasses
