Smelly and gross and wait time take so long
Took over an hour just to get wings
I recently made a purchase at this location through the app. I wasn’t satisfied with the food. The quality wasn’t there for the price. I made a feedback statement through the app sharing my experience. The next day general manager, Jeff from the restaurant reached out offering his apology and offered to make it right. Do not order pickup, it will take an eternity to get your food.
How do you go to a chicken place that ran out of food at lunch time and the food i did get tasted old couldn't eat it they gave me 25% off and we left the food on the table
