Every single time I order online and pick up in the store you guys screw up my order somehow. Every. Single. Time. Left out my kid’s fries platter that I paid for. Everytime I place an online order your staff conveniently forgets one of my sides. Not once have they gotten it correct in nearly 3 years of ordering. Then it gets worse, my wife opens her box of wings to find a hair on top of one of her wings. Terrible experience. We were in the reception for about 30 minutes and nobody even acknowledged us. We had to talk to the waiter just to continue being ignored. We don’t mind a long wait time but at least acknowledge us. Instead of side eyeing us while you’re walking around the restaurant and ignoring that we’re there.

First time at any BWW. We really enjoyed all the items. Onion rings were awesome! Fries great flavor. Wings yummy. Mac n cheese was really good. Mozz sticks just ok. Burger and chicken sandwich both

Food was ice cold, sent it back. When they brought back the fries for my son’s meal it was as if they had taken the same fries we already sent back and just dropped them back into the fryer. They were foul. The three people who came to our table barely even showed remorse for the experience. They offered to take the fries off the bill but when it came time to pay, the fries were still on there. Won’t be back again.
