Ordering via the app this wasn't the first time it allowed me to order something that wasn't available and had missing items. This is more of a complaint on the app needing to reflect better out of stock items. Thankfully the staff at this location are superstars, incredibly friendly, professional and helped find a solution.

Horrible service they keep you waiting for your order over almost an hour, is not the first time. And they keep you waiting and not even ask what my order is they are inside the kitchen horrible!

Waited for over an hour for our to go order. When we got the food it was wrong (we asked for sauce on the side) and everything was cold.

Came in about 9:30 pm after a flight into Pittsburgh. They were a little busy but half the tables in the place were still empty. Outside of the girl bussing tables coming up to us after we were at the hostess stand for 10 minutes, we (and the people behind us), were ignored the whole time. After talking to other staff, since they said the manager Patty was cooking, they now say they can’t even take anymore orders since they are too short staffed.
