Advertising a Price online... then Charging Alot More!!! Very Misleading Smdh. Wait time was told 30mns. Ended up Over 45mns. Waitress Stated PEOPLE DINING INSIDE GOT PRIORITY 1ST. VERY BAD SERVICE. WISH I COULD HAVE GOTTEN MY MONEY BACK

I always try a place a second time if I have a bad experience. First was poor service when we sat an ate there now we order food online and it’s been over an hour and no food after sitting on hold for 15 minutes waiting for a manager to cancel our order. We finally had to hang up because they said they were busy working in the kitchen. Very poorly ran place.
We go there for lunch during the week to enjoy the daily specials and pick 6 options. We usually have either Ivy or Frank as our servers. They are both terrific, friendly and very attentive. They are the main reason we visit so often. The atmosphere is good, restaurant is clean and they are happy to personalize a tv or 2 to the sports program we request. Than you to both Ivy & Frank - ask for them if you visit during a weekday.
