Sat at bar for 4 minutes,4 people at the bar you think the bartender would notice a new customer,especially when the place is dead,went to chilies,bartender very busy but got served right away
Everything was fresh and good and the service was excellent. I do wish this location put a little more sauce on them but they were definitely still delicious!
When we asked for a high top the Hostess took us to a dirty table, although there were three clean and available high top tables around this one, she made us wait as she wiped down the table with a very wet rag and the brought us napkins and said, and I quote "here's some napkins for you to dry the table". BWW just lost our business!
We drove a half hour for absolutely awful service. The waitress forgot about us and our appetizer. Then she blamed the kitchen being backed up. I have worked as a waitress before and that was not the case. 1. There were at least 6 or 7 waiters/waitresses and about 12 tables of customers most of them being 4 people per table. 2. Ordered two appetizers worth of boneless wings. Atleast half of them were just bread nuggets. The rest were hard and not really warm. If i wanted to go to chillis, id of gone to chillis.
