I went in there the other day with my husband. We waited an HOUR on appetizers. The waitress was alright. She came to the table next to us and checked on them repeatedly. After an hour I asked to get boxes for our food BEFORE we saw any food, bevause inhad to go backnto work. She kindly asked the chefs to box it up and it was another 20 minutes before we got the food. Our waitress was clueless on the beer menu that is the special deal. She could have been new, but you would expect your waiters to know the drinks. Especially when it was described to her.
We have been coming to this establishment for years and I really hate to leave such a horrible post but it seems like the management and all the new faces in there need to be reevaluated. Me and my family we had drinks and waited over an hour watching 2 tables that got sat after us receive their food the whole meal before we even received our appetizers. My experience here was short & to the point. Hours are listed as closing at 11:00pm. My brothers and I walk in at 10:10pm (50 minutes before close) in hope to grab a quick meal as we just traveled 800 miles. Immediately we're told that they've already called last call for drinks, and closed down the kitchen. (Mind you there are still families sitting around eating with full plates & drinks.
