the food and awesome and the waitress was very very nice but when we first arrived we had to wait to be seated untill the hostess a man.. was through with his personal conversation with someone before HE even to ask us anything he was VERY rude we came in about 4:35 today. Friday September 24,2021
Great service food is good.
Servers were rude had to get up and get my own refill had to ask 3 different people for salt and priced way too high

My sever Jasmine was awesome! while there I got to witness management in full force and it was amazing! This customer was trying his best to insult and complain about any and everything! I got to see Ms. Simone and Kiara handle this with the utmost patience! He tried to push them but those ladies stood tall and tried to apologize and make it right no matter how he said they couldn't! there's a waitress named Desiree over there at Tuscaloosa. she's a great time.
This was by far the worst service i have EVER experienced! We sat waiting on our drinks for 45 minutes and received our food before the drinks. The food was terrible and fries were cold. The expectations of this place is very disappointing with the service and the food. i would NOT RECOMMEND this place even if it was the last place to eat.

So we went in tonight To eat dinner the wings came out with barely any sauce on them extremely slow the first set of chicken tenders I got for my stepdaughter were like rubber bands couldn’t even chew them The second set that we got were raw
