2 managers at your establishment should not be in management positions at all...you DO NOT cuss your employees out when patrons are able to hear you say "the next fucking waitress that refuses at table will be fired instantly" Chris T. needs to go to management class on how to handle employees. Lousy service for Takeout ! Ordered almost $100.00 and had to repeat my order to Two different people " One being a Manager" and the phone call taking over 10 minutes and they still got the order wrong by 3 items ! When I called to speak to a Manager about our missing " paid for" items I received no apology & he passed me on to someone else to repeat everything I just told him ! Ridiculous~ Never Again !!!

Wing sauces seem to taste different than at other BWWs. Mild was too hot and vinagery. Waiter was good. Sweet tea was awful. Bathroom toilet seats loose.
I'm upset because they said if we ordered off the lunch menu to set the timer and it would be there in 15 minutes or it was free. Well they lied. Imaginary fine print where everyone at the table has to order off the lunch menu. It should be mine was on the lunch menu so it should have been there or free but nope. False advertisement!
Waitress knows us and orders but tend to try different things wasn’t impressed with my meal but to each there own! Order was fast and friendly as always!
Had one of the worst servers I’ve ever had at any restaurant tonight. Definitely need to train some people over again.
We had the best time and my new favorite drink is apple crown and sprite the waitress was the best I thank she had more fun than we did
