Bad service but gold food when I was delivered correctly
I have been several times, and each time had great service. But, unfortunately our dinner last night was a shame. I had to tell waitress several times what I wanted, and she repeated it back to me right, (good deal) but didn't get it. 1 beer and a whole meal later, thirsty and wanted my wings, I didn't get either. I hope it was just a off night for her, am willing to go back again
Just waited along with several people for over an hour on a take out order. At the 45 minute mark the manager stated it was on its way out. At the one hour mark we asked again and was told it was coming. At one hour and 15 minutes we asked for a refund and moved on. The other folks were well over an hour and thirty minutes on take out orders. Even the apology was weak and not from the manager that promised it was going to be right out.
Every time I've been here, we've always had good service, not great, but good. Food was good too, and the limeade was really good.
When I go in to restaurant with my wife and child, I expect some service. Not sit at a table for 10 min without even getting our drinks ordered. But the worst part is the 4 workers just talking to eachother at the front. Props to the 2 waiter/waitress I did see working. Btw we left don't have all day waiting.
Our server was great. The place was packed but he did a super job!!!
I normally have good service here. But as a previous server I was upset today. My waitress had from what I could see 3 tables.. Her attention was 95% on one table. She rarely checked on the other two tables. To ask her a question we practically had to go way out of our way to get her attention.. I was appalled with my service today. She asked me how my second drink was and I said it was better with the bacardi like the first time but that was my fault I forgot to mention it. Food wasn't all that. Waitress was ok. Atmosphere same old same. Restrooms where dirty.
No variety in menu. Service was extremely slow. Never refilled my drink the whole 1.5 hrs we were there.
