Waited 15 minutes for a drink. Never saw our waiter. An hour and a half for food. Whole group walked.
I like Buffalo Wild Wings but I will never go back to this location. My cousin sipped out a piece of glass from her straw and the manager didn't even care. He offered her a 50% discount... Really?? She ended up paying $5.38 for her bill. I just felt like that was a slap in the face to her and he did not care at all.
