Food was horrible.... Customer service was okay ....
I loved it! The waitress was very nice! She came about every 10 to 15 mins. The food was just how I like it. People were happy! TVs were on and was loud how I like it at Buffalo wild wings!�
“Serve yourself style”... what a sad excuse for a restaurant. I went expecting service and relaxation after a long day and now I have to pay $45 to not get waited on. Would rate a big fat zero. Never coming back.
They decided to experiment and not use servers. You get in line and order, then they give one of those pagers to wait for your food. You get your own drinks and if you want a beer you have to walk over to the bar and get it. Luckily I was there on a Tuesday and it was slow but on a Friday or Saturday night you'll never get your beer. I'll never go there when I visit Iowa again.
Very nice waiter he went above and beyond for us. It was a plus that he was good looking!
Not a fan of the new fast food order style. No one seemed to know what they were doing and it sucked carrying everything back and forth to the table. If I wanted to go to mcdonalds I would have went there. Disappointed.
The new way of service is just ridiculous! They missed up our order and our food was cold. Not worth the money at all.
