Second time carry out order was wrong. After getting home, had to drive back to get my money back. Last time, never going back!
Food was good, the server was great. Unfortunately the runners bringing either the appetizers and desserts seamed to forget about what their job detailed. Then the table we were at, we had nats flying around the table.
The bartender was terrible. No customer service whatsoever. I understand people have bad days but this was just ridiculous. Weird snarky remarks after asking to try a sauce, no response when ordering (like “okay, thank you”...no, just nothing), and no manners whatsoever. Very odd. Second bartender had the manager talk to my friend about being over served (he had 5 beers in 5 hours, was not in any way over served). Enjoyed watching some hockey & college football while eating some outstanding wings. The staff was fairly quick putting my two requested games on nearby screens. All in all, a fun evening!
Went in Friday night for the cubs game and our server was awful! She took an hour and thirty minutes to come take our food order. When we arrived it was not crowded there were many open tables. She told us someone called in and sorry she took so long, she could have asked her manager of coworker for help. As a customer people don't want to wait that long to place a food order. Then the food comes out and I was very disappointed my chicken was over cooked and my friend ordered the nachos and they were very bare.
