Walked out 20mins after being seated after receiving no service, was not even asked what my drink order was which is normally standard request upon being seated....very disappointed

My husband (67) goes in to see the ufc fights, last night (2/11/2018) and had the hamburger. He ate part of it and thought the hamburger meat tasted strange. He would not say anything, BUT he has been throwing up all day today: FOOD POISONING! I just called and told the manager; his remark is "oh, our hamburger meat is fresh everyday. I will look into to this, thank u." . Then he hung up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Poor service. Waited for over an hour for my dinner. Also once arrived it was poorly cooked. 2 thumbs down.
I sat down at 12:40 it’s now 1:04 and still no food I’m so pissed I don’t even want the food any more I told the manager but this is unacceptable I’m going back to work with out eating I had to walk out with no food never coming back here 47st

After pass trough the “receptionist” she was terrible in the reception, the services and the food is relative good..
