The staff were actually arguing, swearing, and yelling to each other in front of all of their customers. Cups and plates were thrown behind my table by staff members. It took 50 minutes for our food to come and their explanation was because they were swamped. It was 10 o'clock pm, their top floor only had two small tables with people at them while the rest were empty, and I saw dozens of empty tables around us. understaffed, poor service, waited for 30 minutes and when seated was surprised to see dozens of empty tables. Waited another 30 minutes to order and another 20 for drinks to arrive then not what we ordered. NYC prices are double the rest of the country so be prepared.

So I went in to do the blazin challenge and I had to pay for my wings when I finished it?!?! AND there was no wall of champs. MY STOMACH STILL HURTS
Booked a table and when got there was taken to a bench instead (even though i did not pick that option when booking online). Then when we were seated we did not get served for over 20mins and had a waiter come past saying he would be back and returned multiple times but to serve other customers. No water was even placed on the table while we waited. Bad experience and even worse service
