Treated like family only nicer! All the management as well as other employees go above and out of their way often. If they don't have it just ask and they'll get it.
I once was in this place almost every day. Now I will only go in the hardware store and then only out of necessity. The staff is always great made some friends. Some other person's there made me not not want to visit again.

I love this store... it has an old time feel in a modern age... everyone is so incredibly friendly and helpful... you can find almost anything... and it's reasonably close to where I live.
I have been in twice in the last week to pick up Christmas gifts and the staff is so friendly it kind of catches me off guard. Not many places still treat you so well.
