Josh was an IMMENSE lifesaver for our family. We had an emergency sewage situation in our basement late in the evening yesterday. This morning we called several septic companies near us all of whom were too busy. We then called Buffalo Septic based in Hamburg, NY graciously offered to help us and really saved the day. Run--don't walk--to Buffalo Septic if you need anything done with your septic tank. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had (& there have been many!). I was having a septic emergency (think sewage spewing out onto the lawn); I called Josh and he was over just a few hours later. Nothing but wonderful things to say about Josh from Buffalo septic! Great customer service, and responsiveness. I called him for his assistance on a job. He showed up within 30 minutes, completing the job immediately. He is a very knowledgeable guy that really goes the extra mile to educate his customers. You can count on him to mitigate you through the process of any of your septic needs.
Nothing to say but great things. Josh at Buffalo Septic came to my house on short notice on two different occasions when I was having issues with my system. Since he was so honest and took care of me so well, he will be my go to from now on. Highly recommend Josh and Buffalo Septic.
