1100-1200 for run down units that are roach infested, mariachi music constantly, loud kids, loud cars, thin walls. Just misery all around to be honest. Rent needs to be 750 and even then its not worth the roaches and bedbugs. Run, do not walk away, run.
Since Andrea became the new manager at Buffalo Run, the property has been running so much more smoothly. She made the leasing process incredibly easy, and my apartment is gorgeous. I had a couple of small maintenance requests, and they were handled quickly and efficiently. I’m really impressed with how well everything is managed here and couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here.
Very bad experience with this complex. There was constantly bug infestations, and managements never responded. Water would also randomly shut off. They tried raising my rent from $800 to $1100 for a 400 sq ft apartment. Outrageous
I would give this place zero stars if able. They think it’s okay to raise rent on a 400sqft apartment to $1100. It’s sad. It’s not big enough to do a thing. They are not updated enough to be charging that much. Apartments that big should never go above $800. It’s disgusting.
Very nice and quiet apartments. Restaurants are near by and love having wonderful neighbors. Grounds are very well kept.
