Pros- cheapest in town(not by much) Cons-thin walls, thin floors, chain smoking bitter elderly boomer neighbors, loud cars, kids playing in the parking lot breaking windows, laundry facility is 4 machines for 30+ units, office hours are a joke, never got my itemized reciept for the alleged "damages" that they used my security deposit for, and i suffered a back injury im still dealing with because of their steep unsafe stairs. Ill never give yall another penny
Honest and best review possible as an unfortunate former tenant of 4 years with rent going from 800 to 1000+ for run down units, unless you have absolutely no other option , stray from leasing at these apartments unless you like living amongst roaches and mice. They do have pest services but when I had ADT camera services in my unit I watched as they came in opened cabinets and then left without spraying anything or even attempting to use their pesticides. 1100-1200 for run down units that are roach infested, mariachi music constantly, loud kids, loud cars, thin walls. Just misery all around to be honest. Rent needs to be 750 and even then its not worth the roaches and bedbugs. Run, do not walk away, run.
Since Andrea became the new manager at Buffalo Run, the property has been running so much more smoothly. She made the leasing process incredibly easy, and my apartment is gorgeous. I had a couple of small maintenance requests, and they were handled quickly and efficiently. I’m really impressed with how well everything is managed here and couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here.
Very bad experience with this complex. There was constantly bug infestations, and managements never responded. Water would also randomly shut off. They tried raising my rent from $800 to $1100 for a 400 sq ft apartment. Outrageous
