The worst place you could possibly live. The only good thing about this complex is the "cheap" rent. The apartment is run down for the price you pay a month. Maintenance is poorly done. Roaches and mice are a constant problem. If you have a dog the grassed areas are completely filthy from dogs not being picked up after and with the field next to it snakes also have been seen and reported. I need to warn others about the extremely unsafe and unacceptable conditions at BUFFALO RUN APARTMENTS. My mother, has experienced not only ongoing health and safety issues in her unit but also direct intimidation from management when concerns were raised. The property suffers from numerous serious problems that have been ignored or poorly handled for far too long: • Rodent and insect infestations, including mice and bugs throughout the units. • Mold growth on walls and ceilings, creating unsafe air quality and health risks.... read more
Pros- cheapest in town(not by much) Cons-thin walls, thin floors, chain smoking bitter elderly boomer neighbors, loud cars, kids playing in the parking lot breaking windows, laundry facility is 4 machines for 30+ units, office hours are a joke, never got my itemized reciept for the alleged "damages" that they used my security deposit for, and i suffered a back injury im still dealing with because of their steep unsafe stairs. Ill never give yall another penny
Honest and best review possible as an unfortunate former tenant of 4 years with rent going from 800 to 1000+ for run down units, unless you have absolutely no other option , stray from leasing at these apartments unless you like living amongst roaches and mice. They do have pest services but when I had ADT camera services in my unit I watched as they came in opened cabinets and then left without spraying anything or even attempting to use their pesticides.
