Been a customer since 2006 with 4 cats, at first service and care was good. After Debra Rakes left everything began to go down. Most recent visit July 2015 was the worst experience I have ever had with a Vet. They took my cat into a treatment area and while in there for nearly a half hour I heard my cat screaming, tech returned him dumped him on the table and walked out. New female Vet comes in tells me he has tape worms (inside cat?) and is dehydrated tells me very little else and again takes my pet back to their treatment ... read more
no possible chance paws animal clinic less than 2 miles away is much better . Paws does not provide a 24 hour service but that does not matter buffalo ridge will not be able to help after hours, but help with your suffering, and suffering with your checking account as they will charge charge and charge you until you have all but forgotten about your beloved pet.

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Did this provider use excessive foul language? No
They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. Been a customer for three years, with three cats. One very sick vomiting for three days. No appts available. Can drop off, and be seen whenever for an extra $40. So they have time, but I will pay for it. Jessica and Christina did not care. No apologies. Call first thing tomorrow morning and maybe we can see him. No appointments tomorrow ???? On hold for over five minutes. Told them I would have to find another vet, cat could die from dehydration. ... read more
