10/10. Buffalo Restoration is a wonderful company. Every single person I interacted with was courteous, patient, and more than willing to help any way they could. We had water damage, and they came to inspect and start mitigation right away. They had to put heaters and dehumidifiers in the house, and it made it super hot. I had the nastiest city sewer blockages that cause the nastiest sistuation in my shop.. Buffalo Restoration promptly got in cleaned, disinfected and disposed of everything that was damaged I am actually blown away by the job that they did and I would highly recommend them for any restoration situation!! I couldn't be more amazed by how professional they have been!!!

Randy did a wonderful job for me carpet cleaning. I had just moved out of a place with my cat and they made it seem like no one had lived there. Prompt, professional, fairly priced and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

Completed the job of a water leak in the kitchen, in record time. Had fans and dehumidifiers working 24 hrs a day and tore up the tile to dry out the wood floor. Reasonable pricing and called every day to see how things were going. Would recommend anyone using them, they were great.

Wow! Where do I even begin!? I scheduled an appointment last minute and BR happened to fit me in the next day. I’ve heard a lot of great reviews about BR but WOW! Such great customer service! The owner Randall had arrived to clean my carpet and what a PEACH! He is just the sweetest man! Not to mention the incredible job he did on my carpet. 10/10 will definitely recommend!
