For my entree I got the Great Lakes Walleye. It comes with edamame succotash, hominy and sage dumplings and tomato confit. The walleye was expertly prepared, tender inside and crispy skin on top. Delicious. I wasn't expecting too much front the accompaniments, but again I was pleasantly surprised.
We were not to be disappointed. The place is beautifully renovated and historic "speak easy" . We shared the Pappardeli pasta dish, roasted cauliflower and roasted asparagus. Everything was yummy, nicely herbed and cooked to perfection. The pasta could have been warmer but it still tasted great. The Rhode Island lager "Narragansett" is to die for, if you've never tried it. Apparently the beer has been around since the 1890's and I only just discovered it.
