Atmosphere is great with the arcade and train delivered food for the kiddos. That said, the service was very poor and our server was not very attentive at all, he seemed inconvenienced when we asked him questions. It took about an hour to receive 2 salads and a kids meal for myself, wife and daughter. Food tasted decent at the table but a few members of our group ending up getting sick later that night.
My children love this place, and frequently ask to dine here! They enjoy the trains delivering food, and blowing bubbles as they go past the tables.
Our server, Sergei, was very friendly and attentive. The food was very good and arrived in a timely manner considering it was very busy. My kids loved the train and enjoyed watching Thomas the Train on TV.

Awesome place to got out to eat. My kids love the train. We visit the dells every year and we eat there every time we come. The staff is friendly and the food is good. Salad bar is awesome.
Food was great as usual! Excellent service as well.
The food is good, the prices are reasonable, and the trains and the staff keep the kids entertained. We always stop for lunch on our way out of town.
