went there this evening and ordered the steak, medium. what I got was rare almost raw. Lucho was our server. walked by us at least 8 times before I finally asked someone to help us in order to get drinks. then asked to be moved to a booth, had to be moved twice without help from the server. we moved all our food drinks etc. I am just shocked that the steak we ordered didn't even get discounted or anything. $80 tab for a raw steak. they fixed it got it 20 minutes after everyone else was done eating and it was then welllll don... read more

I ordered the Duke which is pulled pork & beef brisket and most of my sandwich was fat. My daughters ordered cheeseburgers med done and they said they tasted burnt. The bread sticks tasted like bread. The kids added a bunch of parmesan cheese to them for some flavor. We also had the appetizer of shrimp, jalopenos and cream cheese wrapped in bacon. I'm writing this review with the help of my 10 year old daughter. We visited on our last night in the Dells recently as we stayed just adjacent at the Great Wolf Lodge. It was about 9pm once we were all showered and ready to eat after a full day in the pool. We had a bad experience the night before at a big restaurant in town so I was a bit nervous that we were just going to drop another $100 and get a stressful experience. This was the opposite! Worst experience ever today for my son’s birthday. Been coming here for years for my children’s birthdays. Never again. Worst experience all around and the manager was less than pleasant. Our meals were cold! Will never give my business again for birthdays; we will find elsewhere that appreciates return customers and does what’s right to keep them coming back. Poor kid didn’t even get what he wanted (steak) because they didn’t have any. Then what he ordered was cold! Nice!
