Their new Dental Assistant Paige was so nice during my crown prep visit. I always dread the novocaine shot and she must have sensed my tension...she put her hand on my shoulder while John numbed me and it really calmed and relaxed me. My temp crown fits so well I don't even notice it. Love the staff at Buffalo Family Dentistry!

Was greeted at the reception and asked how family including extended family. (I've only lived in the area a couple of years) I was quickly called back and was asked if I had any concerns etc. I was listened to and they acted on those concerns before doing the routine cleaning. I felt the treatment and care provided was very professional.
Staff are very helpful...on time...no waiting ...appreciate having treatment needs explained...
I appreciate their kind and gentle atmosphere.
