I am a fearful patient, but never have I heard "We hear that all the time." None of the people in this practice ever tried to diminish,disregard or disrespect my feelings and fears. Thank you to everyone for treating me like an individual. This practice is responsible for me taking better care of my teeth. You guys rock!
Attended a regular scheduled cleaning and began our conversation telling about a tooth that had been bothering me all week. Dr. Stangl had it ex-rayed right away, declared I needed a root canal and said he could squeeze it in right then. Great job explaining the entire procedure as we went and an hour later it was done. I have visited this dental office many timesand am always impressed with the friendly staff. Always on time and the care is special!!
