My visits to Buffalo Family Dentistry have always been a pleasant experience. Dr. John and his staff are very friendly and always put you at ease.

The whole staff is amazing. Super friendly and nice.
It was short but fine. I know I was 10 mins. late or so but I have never been greeted by a receptionist the way she greeted me. She said you are 10 mins. late so the doctor will not be able to do what he wanted to do. I was never told what he was going to do that day. I called back to make another appointment and she was upset that I could not take morning appointments. I explained too her that I have medical issues that I cannot get going in the morning.
