My experience at Dr. Stangl's office has been a pretty good one. Wonderful dental staff, great building etc. Dr. Stangl and the hygenists there are awesome and they seem to genuinely care about their patients and their dental health. All except the front office staff/schedulers. I do wish that they could be a little nicer...maybe a smile or two and a how are you doing and not quite so cold upon arrival and not like it's a chore for them to make an appointment for you next time. I came to John and the gang 20+ years ago after having issues with another dentist. I cannot say that I have ever had a bad experience. I have received nothing but the best of care, my whole family goes there and we are treated like family. I would not even think of going anywhere else. I have recommended John and his highly skilled staff to many of my friends and family in and around the Buffalo area. I have even recommended them to my coworkers in Eden Prairie.

The staff is friendly, attentive, and well skilled - I never have had a problem with my care here. Always made to feel at ease. Best dentist and staff around, clean building, pleasant experience all around (yes, at a dentist's!) I've been going here since I was young, wouldn't dream of going elsewhere.
