In Dec 2025 I asked to see Dr Boscarino as he saw me over 10 years ago, but they scheduled me with Dr Eric Ruff. Dr Ruff had such a kind and humble disposition. He called me back after consulting a colleague on the day he said he would. I called him a second time a month later to ask about the procedure he recommended and he walked me through what he would be doing and answered all my questions. Dr Philip Niles was wonderful! He was understanding and personal. He explained the procedure very well. He called me from the OR to lmk everything went well. The office staff ( receptionist) need to have some of his compassion. They were not very user-friendly. They made us feel like we were putting them out for asking questions.

Terrible! Office staff was rude and lacked basic empathy. Wait times are ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to Flaum in Rochester. Everything from the facilities to the staff are a much higher caliber.

It's so unfortunate that I have to leave a review because Dr Niles himself was phenomenal. I didn't have an issue whatsoever with the treatment, but when it came time for billing the nightmare occured. The billing manager Dawn and office manager dragged out a billing error over 4 weeks when a simple correction to a code was all that was needed. I was reminded several times over several phone calls that they have been doing this for 20-28 years and haven't had billing issues before. For $350 I'll pay the bill to save myself t... read more
