Dr. Niles has been my retina specialist for several years now. He is very professional, knowledgeable and puts your mind at ease as he explains everything prior to your procedure or f/u visit. I highly recommend him as he is the best!👍
Dr Philip Niles was wonderful! He was understanding and personal. He explained the procedure very well. He called me from the OR to lmk everything went well. The office staff ( receptionist) need to have some of his compassion. They were not very user-friendly. They made us feel like we were putting them out for asking questions.
I was very satisfied with my visit. I was in quick and out just as quick. I had a good experience.
It is always a pleasant experience at Buffalo Niagara Retina Associates, no matter how busy the office is. They efficiently move patients along, and everyone is thorough and pleasant. I am so glad I was referred to this practice for my particular issue. Most importantly, my treatment has improved my vision, and I look forward to further progress.
Wait time is excessive. I've been here over 2 hours and still waiting to see Dr. Flanigan. I'm usually here an hour but this is ridiculous. My time is just as valuable as the Doctor's time. They need to schedule less appointments or get more doctors. It's now been over 3 hours and I'm still waiting to see the Dr. I will be looking for another doctor.
