I have had excellent experiences at Buffalo International Airport, staff is nice, Anchor Bar is the best and more recently TSA has stepped it up and their service is super so all round prefer going in and out of BUF. Now if they would only get a direct flight from STL I would be super happy!

Buffalo-Niagara is an easy airport to navigate. Everyone I have encountered there have been great. I even left my very expensive camera equipment in a bus taking us to our car when I was very tired after a long flight, and when I realized it I was already four hours away and home. To my surprise my camera equipment was turned in to transportation by the bus driver and I was able to cone back the next day to get it. I was elated that it was received exactly as I left it. Just one of many happy experiences there!
