I have been with the credit union for over 20 years. I would not go anywhere else.
The customer service is phenomenal. Everyone is always so helpful. The tellers and loan officers are very knowledgeable and happy to help. I love that they get to know you - so personable and familiar. I love the BMFCU.

Any time there was something that was an issue, you guys always worked with me to find a solution. I appreciate that. The staff is also very friendly and upbeat!! Just the kind of environment I love to walk into.
I love this place since 1998 I have been a member and they have been there for me and y family through our ups and Downs. I have watch the staff grow from Jessica, Sue, Peggy, Kelly, laquita, and others. I would be lost without my credit union family.
