REDLINING IS ILLEGAL! I opened my business account there in 2013 and the past year & a half I have been treated in the most disgusting ways by them. VERY RACIST!! Now all of a sudden my certified checks, money orders, and personal checks have 4 day holds on them. (Based upon they may not be cashable). I have NEVER had any issue with my bank account or NEVER deposited a bounced check. I have been depositing all kinds of Checks for 7 years. The bank is outdated and so are their policies. Ive been an account holder for 25 years and they closed my account without any notice or attempt at a resolution. Disgusted with this place. What’s the point of loyalty when they treat you like trash and don’t acknowledge you. Trying to get a live human on the phone is a nightmare in itself. No need to do business here.
