My appointment was canceled because the office does not accept my insurance, but no one called or notified me in advance. I had taken time off work and only found out after arriving at the office. This was very frustrating and could have been avoided with a simple phone call. The receptionist was kind, apologized, and genuinely tried to help, so I truly appreciate her effort. However, the office needs to improve its communication with patients.
You can get the help you need here. But, you also have to put in the work and effort for the path to healing. Diabetic patients, are in grave need of great podiatry care. We have found that care here.. !!
Dr Taylor Hoff is great but the billing department is terrible. I got sent a bill for almost $600 for my orthotics that my insurance covers 100%. Called my insurance to find out that they coded the bill incorrectly and I had to fight with the billing department to re-bill it. They kept telling me that I signed the waiver that I would need to pay any amount that my insurance does not cover after I repeatedly told them that my insurance does cover my orthotics and has for many years.
